I had my phone’s battery and USB port replaced by Cellaris and they charged me a little over $100. But when I got the phone back I didn’t get any service. When I took it back to them, they said it was a coincidence. I didn’t feel this was correct and took it to Phone Lab for a second opinion. They said it would cost 20 bucks to troubleshoot it, and I was ok with that. Turns out they didn’t reattach the antenna when putting it back together. Phone Labs said that it was no big deal and reattached it for free, and now they’re going to have a customer from here on out. I highly recommend to anyone who needs their phone repaired. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Absolutely the best service I’ve ever received! We walked in and were greeted with the friendliest smile from Connor, he quoted us on the screen replacement for our old busted up iPad 7th gen and said he would have it done in two days. He called the next day to let me know my battery was bad and needed to be replaced also, then he offered a discount for that even though he didn’t have to and had it all done by 10 am the next morning. Reasonable and reliable! Thank you for your service Connor, we look forward to doing more business with you!

I called all over town looking for someone to repair a lamp for me that I loved and did not want to replace. I was looking for anyone that could repair electronics and I came across phone lab, I called and spoke to Will he told me he would give it a try so I took it in and he fixed it in such a short amount of time for a very fair amount of money and I am so completely happy.
