Extremely unsatisfied.I dropped my phone off to replace a cracked screen. When I got the phone back the screen was replaced but the phone was damaged. The speaker does not work (wont even ring) and the fingerprint sensor is also not working. Instead of trying to resolve the issue with a simple refund as requested the employee became dramatic and argumentative on the phone (Brian). Take your business somewhere more professional. Plus the give a discount for 5 star reviews so beware all the great stories you read online…

Came into ask for phone repair. Got told that the tech wasn’t there which was fine. I inquired if they knew when they would be back or if I should come tomorrow they just said they didn’t know. I said ok thank you am I ok to just order an Uber and I’ll be out of your way the lady said no get out.

Honestly I was going to come back but I wouldn’t recommend going to a place that treats people like that
