Probably escalating my experience with the better business bureau because I have text messages with proof avoid
This is not an official repair shop they buy the parts through a supplier who dictates which customers “qualify” for screen repairs. I should of went with my gut and went to techy or ubreakifix where it’s not some rude teenager running their mouth because I’m not paying anything to replace a screen that was defective but the supplier used the “slightest scratch” to justify not replacing it. After a back and forth I was able to negotiate half off but I should not have to negotiate half off for a defective product. To the owner of the google page don’t try and deny what I’m saying or I will attach screenshots of the text messages.

These guys didn’t stop until they could give me a properly working tablet. I went in to replace my tablet’s screen, unfortunately the screen they put on was defective, but they made it right and replaced it once again without an extra charge. I would recommend them for sure, I’m very happy with the service.
A big thanks to Josh!! He was amazing and no matter who came in while he was working, he acknowledged their presence. As a person who has worked in guest service for over 18 years, he was very impressive!!! 5 stars to Josh!! Exceptional service!!
