If I give no stars I would. This place will take your money and return your phone in worse condition. I brought my phone in for back glass repair, camera was perfectly fine before bringing it in (Mind you I have proof of this). Upon picking the phone up after the repair was done, I noticed my camera was very blurry. I contacted them and they refused to look at the phone or fix the issue without paying another 90 dollars. There are too many reputable cell repair shops to waste your money on this one. Talk about not backing your services/work. Horrible experience!

My son’s phone fell out of his pocket on a rollercoaster, so it was pretty damaged. When the gentleman took it apart, he said it was going to be around $150 to repair with what needed to be replaced. I said ok to the charges, but he then came back out and said it was never going to work right so it wasn’t worth trying to fix. I appreciated the honesty, and he didn’t charge me anything for the work he had done to try and fix it as he was back there for nearly 30 minutes.

The trauma of losing my means of communication was quickly dispelled after speaking with the customer service representative there. Luis was very kind in welcoming me, listened attentively to my concern and promised to assist. He did to my total satisfaction.
