Fix time < 10 min iPhone 7 (tired and begging to die) but both were revived. Issues: Damaged charging port, weak battery and dead home button Fix time: < 1 day (replaced charging port with a new one and took time to monitor it, left battery after he took time to monitor it, home button ok) Carlos is a 10 star technician. His communication and recommendations are 100/100. Also the guy that coordinates all the branches has good customer service, offered sweet discounts and informed Carlos ahead of time before I got there. And you only pay after the service is done, ain't that honesty ? I hope to see my iPhone 7 go another 8 years : )

I paid 182 dollars for my phone repair the back metal on my phone is scratched only the back glass was damaged not the metal how did my metal framing get scratched when it’s never been out of my case EVER.the repair looks rushed and had glue on the corners still had to ask him to fix it I went back in and he had nothing to say. 3.9 stars and I went there excited but just now pissed.
