I had been looking all over for a place that could fix my phone (which wasn’t able to boot on ) Every place I went to gave me the run around saying “You need a new battery” or “Theres something wrong with the motherboard” I wanted to retrieve my data from the phone and honestly had lost all hope UNTIL I came accross this place! They fixed my phone and had reasonable prices! I dont know what I would have done without them! This Place is AMAZING! Highly Recommended !!
Went in for a glass replacement and instead they replaced the screen and gave me a faulty installation that ended up braking the LCD screen. When I came back to talk to them about it they refused to acknowledge even the possibility that they could be at fault and instead called me a liar and told me that I broke it.
AVOID. There are other better, and cheaper places in DC.
I went here for a replacement iPhone charger. They upsold me on what appeared to be an official Apple charger (usb-c to lightning), and it doesn’t work. Doesn’t matter whether I try charging via my laptop or with an charger box. Nada. If you get something from here, it’s worth trying it out in store before purchasing.
