They told me it would take three hours to fix the phone, and they would call me when it was done. 2 whole days later we call them and they tell us it won’t be ready for another 3-5 business days, due to it being a prepaid phone. They could have known that before charging me, and they never once called us to tell us what was going on. Now I’m asking for a refund and the clerk is playing games, telling me they don’t have a contact for the manager, and that he won’t be around too much. Still they won’t provide a refund and are holding my phone hostage. Do NOT do business here, they do not have moral business practices.
