Not even worth the one star honestly! My phone screen got cracked in September 2023, he fixed it and then the next morning I wake up and my phone is completely green like it was in a negative version. I go back that morning to show him and he says ” sometimes we just get bad parts” 10 mins later he claims it’s fixed. Well fast forward about 4 months later my phone again is just a completely white screen is glitching and I can’t even type. I think my phone is crashing so I go to ATT and buy a completely new one!! To just today my husband phone is crashed so I get that old phone back out and we take it a different repair store all to find out that when the first time I came to get it repaired from being green and white he never truly fixed it!! He put a Refurbished LCD in that was used and trashed!! When I was told he put a brand new one in. When I go back in to tell him he says I have to pay $180 for labor when he was the one who put a used broken piece in my phone to begin with!!! He wouldn’t make it right this man is a CON MAN!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! He uses old parts and is lazy!!! He refused to put a new screen in it and wanted to charge me labor again! Again he is a CON man and has no integrity to do the right thing clearly. $200 just to get a screen fixed that not only did he not put in a new part he put in an old refurbished one and when it continued to be messed up he wouldn’t make it right.

The Owner here definitely gives you an accurate diagnostic of your phones problem. I took my phone to him for repair due to it not charging. He began to fix it and realized it wasn’t the charging port, but rather a chip internally in the phone. He could’ve easily replaced port and in a few days, I’d be back to square 1. I’ve gone to him for almost 10 years now anytime my phone has a malfunction, and his integrity speaks for itself. It’s so nice to have a place that can basically provide instant gratification when you have an issue with your phone, whether it’s a cracked screen, charging port, or repair of basically an hardware issue to do with a cellphone. 10/10, I appreciate and respect this guy!

Bought a used iPhone 11 here for a family member and it was a great price, easy transaction and the customer service was excellent. Ended up adding a screen protector they installed for $10, worth every penny. They also warranty the phone for 6 months which is pretty impressive- but the phone itself was in excellent shape and still had 86% battery life- so I am pretty sure I’m good to go.
