I was hoping to update my iPhone 7 Plus and were looking in the window of Phone Tech when Lucas came out and spoke to us. We went inside and discussed the iPhone I was looking for. Ben, the manager, was extremely helpful and showed me an iPhone 8 Plus said he had an iPhone 11 in very good condition and would do a good deal for me. After a discussion we agreed a price and Ben also took my old phone in part exchange. We were so impressed with the customer service and Ben’s professionalism. Great local company that we thoroughly recommend!
Called in today to sort out a charging problem on an iPhone 11, chap in the shop was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable I left the phone with him for a short period of time and he had the problem sorted upon my return, extremely reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend this company, excellent service. Thank you.
Excellent service and advice I called in to buy a new IPhone they gave me a good price for an iPhone 14 pro he done all the data transfer from my own phone and set the new phone up. Will definitely buy from them again and will not hesitate to recommend to others.
