From my initial inquiry call, to showing up and all the way to pick up after repairs were complete. Every single representative I spoke with was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Both speakers blew out on my phone and they were quick to make repairs and also made sure I tested out the phone before leaving as well to make sure everything was ready to go and approved by me. I was very impressed with the over all service and will definitely be utilizing them in the future

Great service, staff were very kind and helpful, very straightforward and like other reviewers said.. they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, they fixed my screen and gave me a screen protector as well as full charge on my phone they got it ready same day and I payed after the service was done

The customer service was phenomenal. answered every question I had on the phone before I arrived, they gave me an exact time line to when my phone was going to be repaired. Did not try to up sell me on something I did not need. My phone works great again.. any time something happens with any of my phones in the future, this is the only location I will visit.
