I found this place through different reviews on Google search so I decided to take my phone to get fixed two days before Christmas. On December 23, 2020 I paid $125 to get my screen fixed front and back I went today January 5th 2021, 17 days later because when I took my phone off the charger the screen was black and it was glitching I went and took it back for them to check why it was doing that after it was repaired at this shop and the response I got was that I would be charged $90 to get it fixed because it’s been 17 days I found this ridiculous!!!
THEY ARE LIFE SAVERS!!!! I can’t say enough about it. Came in with a smashed S10.. of course like everyone else my life is in that phone. Got my phone back better than ever in 24hrs.. The girls were spot on with price, timing , so kind ,so helpful. Forever grateful for OneHourRepair…. there is also a guarantee for service.They also have Wall to Wall amazing products at great prices.They saved my phone and I appreciate it beyond words really…. Went to go get my phone fixed at this place(never going back after this) my screen was replaced with a non genuine screen. Confirmed by Apple in fact. Pay a lot than should’ve. They messed up the battery, brightness, lightning & volume. Sadly I can’t even get my money back. Very unprofessional & I will tell my friends & others about this store
