VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND THREW AWAY My LAPTOP!

My laptop wasn’t turning on properly, I took to Guillermo and everything looked promising, he didn’t charge for the first inspection but he did charge for a second inspection which is fine but he could’ve let us know before doing the inspection, after that I wasn’t able to pick up the laptop for about 3 months and when I asked if I could pass by he said he disposed my 600 dollar laptop, I suspect he did something else with it but I don’t know, it would been nice if he would’ve called before throwing away my laptop, I do accept it’s my fault I didn’t go and pick up the laptop for months, but he didn’t have good Communication with me, after he called me I said I think this is bad service, he had tantrum and saying I should’ve never been born and cussing at me.

Be careful with this guys he’s really good…at scamming you! He told me he fixed my computer and like an idiot i took his word for it didn’t check and when i got home it didn’t work. I texted and got no answer til i put a bad review that he got deleted and he never refunded me. Results drive back and forth money paid off and computer still not fixed. stay away and honestly i thinks he just get his friends to put good reviews don’t fall for it.

I was very frustrated as I was locked out of my computer and could not access my information I search and I found the one he was very professional explained in detail what happened to my computer gave me an estimate and in less than 3 hrs my computer was ready to go.
