Richard has been extremely helpful over the past couple of years with repairs to my boss’s computers when I worked in Seattle, to helping me with my roommate’s desktop, to helping me with my business laptop when I recently started my own business, to helping me with my Google account and setup. In addition to supporting a local business, Richard is knowledgeable, patient and will work tirelessly to find the problem. He’s worked on my iPhone and my very old MacBook. He’s old school and likes fixing things rather than adding to landfills, an attitude I truly appreciate!
The service was excellent! They are very knowleged about a lot of different topics. I got an Imac 24 inch from them for $200. Let me know how you guys like them or what u guys get, I would love to get more stuff from them. I reccomend them highly. Cheers.
