I had a problem with the ethernet ports on an older MacBook Pro that my internet provider or an online Mac expert could solve. Premiere Tech wasn’t able to solve it either, but they went above and beyond trying.

When we determined my computer was just too old to put anything more into it, they knew just what I wanted I bought a refurbished laptop much like my old one from them and am very pleased with the upgrade.

I’ve always hated going to retail Mac stores and using their Genius Bar, or whatever. This is now my Mac repair and retail store. It’s wonderful being in their intimate environment, working with the same people any time I go there.

I am a retired educator on a fixed income. The sales/repair staff lied about the service they could and did perform. They charged me $80.00 for returning my laptop on the same operating it was on that I needed upgraded. When I brought it to their attention, no service was actually done I was told I could get no refund. They refused to let me know how I could contact the owner. I had no contact from owner after four business days. Had to reach ou to several agencies to file complaint.

I brought my computer in to get a second opinion after trying to get it repaired at the Apple Store. My computer began shutting down randomly, it had only been 2 years old. They were able to explain to me the steps they were going to take and were incredibly helpful. I was able to get it fully covered by Apple however, when I picked it up, it was functioning for the first time in weeks. Highly recommend!!
