I went to get a phone here and the guy told me that it was okay to put my chip in but the chip would not work so I went back there and he loaned me a phone and told me within a week he would have me the phone I wanted and it would work. Well 2 months later he finally just told me he’ll fix my S10 plus phone. So I said all right cool because it was like 200 and something dollars, and it’s usually about $300 to fix an S10 plus screen( but thought he was helping me out because of the wait time). well come to find out he didn’t even put the real S10 screen on this screen is flat it does not have curved edges, and the fingerprint scanner does not work. I don’t know what kind of screen he put on it I guess it was an S10 but it must be fake or something because it’s not a real S10 plus screen there’s no curved edges. I don’t know what kind of freaking game they’re playing there, but horrible business. Dang I wish I would have checked the reviews before going there. The guys were nice but there’s something else going on there they lie to you.

I was sure my phone could not be fixed, but i had to try as i had 6 years of pictures that had to be saved. I dropped it off and hoped for the best. Four days later i got a call, it was fixed. It was as good as new. Before you go buy a new phone take the broke one here. You will be glad you did.

I had an app hijack my phone last night. I first took my phone to my provider Tmobile and they didn’t know what to do and suggested I take it to Prestige Wireless (PW). PW was able to fix it in one minute, they’re amazing!!!
