When I got home from vacation, I went to turn on my computer and it would not reboot. After trying everything, I called Primisys. I explained the problem. My computer is 7 years old so I wasn’t sure if it was worth it to fix or bite the bullet and get a new one. I talked to William who was so kind and helpful. He told me to bring it down and they would look at it. I bought it down there around 2pm. John was amazing. He said he thought he might know what the problem was. Long story short, he was able to fix it for me that same day! It only cost $75. I highly recommend Primisys. I feel they go above and beyond and the customer service is exceptional. They are so reasonably priced. I will tell all my friends about them and they have a customer for life in me.

Let me start by saying I know just enough about computers to get by. I’m sure it was obvious when I brought in my 8 year old computer and requested they make it go faster. It took less than 24 hours to get it back and paid about half the projected cost. The guys there are super nice and know what they’re doing. This is my 3rd time using their services and I am again beyond pleased with the results. So much so that I came straight home to rave about them in this review.

I took my MacBook Pro in to get the screen replaced. Apple quotes me around $900 I was able to get it fixed for just over $400 (most of that was parts). The staff was friendly and very quick and efficient. I will be suggesting them to anyone that needs to get computer work done. Really great people!
