I had one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences of my life with this store . I initially went in for what I thought would be a routine phone repair, expecting decent service based on their supposed expertise. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. After paying for the repair and being told my phone was fixed, I quickly realized that it wasn’t working at all. Instead of the issue being resolved, the phone had the same problems I had brought it in for, showing that they either didn’t do the job properly or didn’t even try to fix it.

I would have expected that, at the very least, the business would take accountability for their poor service and offer to fix the phone again. But what happened next was truly shocking and completely unacceptable. The person who worked on my phone sent me a series of unsettling, unprofessional, and downright scary text messages. Rather than addressing my concerns about the repair, they aggressively pushed me to remove a dispute I had filed with my credit card company for the failed service.

This behavior crossed every line of professionalism. I was horrified that someone running a business would think it’s okay to not only text a customer in this manner but also to try and intimidate them into removing a dispute without even resolving the problem! The messages were aggressive, and the fact that they even had my personal number to text me in the first place felt like a violation of privacy.

Businesses should be focused on delivering quality service and addressing any customer concerns in a professional and respectful manner. Instead, I was left feeling unsafe and uneasy, as the texts came across as bullying tactics designed to silence me and force me into accepting terrible service. No customer should ever be made to feel this way, especially when they’re paying for a service that wasn’t even completed properly.

It’s not just about the fact that my phone wasn’t fixed–it’s the complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and accountability that this business has displayed. If they had taken responsibility for the botched repair and tried to make things right, this review would have been very different. But the aggressive, inappropriate, and frankly scary behavior by the individual I dealt with is something I will never forget.

The experience has left me feeling completely disillusioned with this business, and I honestly don’t know how they’re still in operation. There are plenty of other repair shops that provide excellent service without harassing their customers. I would strongly recommend staying far away from here. This is not how a legitimate business operates, and if you value your time, money, and safety, go elsewhere.

As a consumer, I have the right to dispute a charge when the service is not delivered as promised, and no one should ever be subjected to intimidation or harassment for doing so. I will not be bullied into removing my dispute, and I will make sure everyone knows about this horrific experience. No one should ever have to go through what I did, and I hope this review saves others from the same nightmare.

Sal did a really good job at fixing my tablet and has really good customer service. The screen on my Tab S7 was broke because I sat on it on the bed and the tablet was actually bent a bit. They bent it back free of charge for me and got my screen repaired in like an hour and a half for a low price. Considering I was already trying to save money by buying the replacement screen off of Amazon myself.. I took it to them because they had the lowest price after calling around and it was worth it.

A few things that made my experience even better was after I got off the phone with them, they texted me their address. They took the money up front which kind of made me feel a little confident that they for sure would get the job done with no hiccups. They told me to come back at a specific time but then called me and hour earlier. I will definitely return if anything goes wrong with any of my other devices!

These reviews are all fake and from family members , read the names closely. Horrible service do not come here ! it’s a smoke shop, how ghetto and the place is very dirty with homeless outside. Take care of your shop, looks like a run down trap house. Take your phone to repair all or Asurion, cheap price = cheap quality which means phone will break faster . My daughter will never be coming here again . I wish zero stars were a thing. This is the truth.
