I go to Block 37 pretty frequently and I always see two indians, one that looks young and there’s one that looks older. The one I had a problem with was the older one. I came in with hopes of finding a new screen protector for my phone and wanted to ask for help. When I come in, I greet the guy and say “Hi”. He doesn’t even look at me, not a glance, or say anything back, nothing. He’s talking on the phone THE WHOLE TIME IM THERE, and i’m just waiting and staring at him the whole time wondering if he’ll hang up and actually treat me like a CUSTOMER. After 5 minutes, I gave up and walked out of the shop. It wasn’t until I started walking out when I heard him say “Ma’am can I help you?”. I didn’t look back. How unprofessional of this guy to be on the phone while customers are in the store. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ON THEIR PHONES PERIOD.

The glass back that they use for the iPhone, they claim is the original original glass. I have no way to prove that it isn’t, but I can tell you that it broke twice while being inside a case which leads me to believe it’s not anywhere near the quality of the original back. I will not be coming back. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 star is because after having a back and forth with the owner they replaced the first screen that cracked within 24 hours with no drops to the phone

I went there a couple of months back to get my phone repaired because it was in really bad shape. I waited an hour to get it fixed. When I left out the store my data wasn’t working. He had to repair my phone once more and I had to wait another hour. A few days later I discovered my camera does not work so I can’t take any photos or videos. After spending 300$ I will not come back to this place to it repaired again!!!!.
