I had forgotten my computer password and strangely could not remember it after trying for several mins. I had a project to do. Urgent and almost panicked. I asked Google for a repair store near me and 11 a.m. I called Pro Tech and he said come by now and I’ll fix it. Sure enough, within 35 mins I was back home and into my system. Yay!! Pro Tech is excellent. Reasonable and understanding of a person’s problem. I highly recommend and will use again if needed. Keep up the good work and service. Lionel

My computer quit working and I was anticipating having to buy a new one. I found Pro Tech/Tom was open on Sunday! He diagnosed a fried hard drive, told me what to get, i.e., no markup, and installed it right in front of me. He managed to get all my data transferred the next day. Computer works great and thinking of bringing another old one in for him to fix as a spare. Great experience!

10/10 would recommend. I brought my computer in for battery issues. I read online everything from a motherboard malfunction to my computer being completely gone. I took it into Tom and he said it was a simple battery replacement that I needed. He is honest and very reasonable. Very quick service and a great experience overall! Thanks, Tom!
