Excellent customer service from the very beginning!

Gary is a wonderful business owner and really tries to be there for his customers in every possible way. I live a few hours away and needed a new fan on my laptop. Gary helped me figure out my options and gave me the space to decide what my best choice was. After searching locally and receiving very poor customer service from other laptop technicians, I knew it would be worth the drive to get my computer fixed here. Gary even ordered the part ahead of time, so that I could drive down and wait and get it fixed in one day rather than mail it or come in two separate trips. And he didn’t ask for payment until after the repair was done. Gary even complimentary cleaned my laptop and updated it as part of the repair. He went above and beyond in every way.

Bought a new Samsung Touchscreen lap top with stylus, from him, this past early spring … it was just what I wanted, just what I needed and at a very fair price.

It was leftover stock and developed a problem with the battery in the first few days… It would not charge… worked fine when plugged in, just showed 100% charge, never really charged and would not run off of the battery, only worked when plugged in. Strange, right? Not really. I looked up this issue and apparently, old stock, never used for a year or so, the batteries go bad.

I returned to the store and explained the issue. Gary ran some diagnostics, said I was right and didn’t flinch. He ordered a new battery immediately. It took about 10 days to come in, but when replaced … all has been well since.

Love this laptop… and despite the problem I had, Gary stayed in there and made it right.

We took our Lenovo laptop to Pro Tech for evaluation and general diagnostics. We met with Gary who was quite knowledgeable and personable too. When we left, our Lenovo laptop was running like a new computer. It truly is a blessing to have found this gentleman, who couldn’t be friendlier in addition to showing his amazing knowledge as to how computers function, and how to fix that which is not working properly. The location of his office is convenient, and further confirms that Gary is our “computer guy!”
