I took my laptop in on a Friday after it was not able to connect to the internet and couldn’t find any wireless networks. I went in and Mike was very professional, explained the process and called me twice that afternoon with updates. Phil, the owner, took over the repair on Saturday morning and replaced a part that got it working again quickly.
I’m always afraid to try new computer repair places for fear I will be overcharged. Not the case here. They were fast, skilled and very fair in their pricing. I appreciated their knowledge and integrity. I’ll definitely go there for any future computer repair issues.

This shop is professional, efficient, and good at their jobs. My Dell XPS 15 was having some issues a number of months back, and Phil did a phenomenal job diagnosing the issue and providing guidance on the issue. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, especially compared to other shops in the area.

PRR delivered as promised. Most of us have experienced computer gremlins one time or another how refreshing it is to find a local small business owner who cares. Phil took the time to address all issues quickly professionally and very reasonably.
