I took my computer into QCS on a Friday afternoon. They promised me it would be done in 2-3 days. Wednesday rolls around and I have not heard anything about my computer. I went ahead and gave them a call and they said I should’ve heard from them and that they would look into the matter. Fast forward to Friday and I still haven’t heard anything. I drove to their store and they hadn’t even started working on my computer. I demanded my computer back and told them I was going somewhere else. They still charged me the $25 fee for holding onto my computer and “running diagnostics”. I would NOT recommend and would NEVER tell family or friends to go here.
Brought in my TV to get the HDMI port fixed while TV is still under warranty. Even though I didn’t pick this place (TV manufacturer did), I was impressed by the service. Prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work around my schedule!
Had them do a warranty repair on my tv recently I was very impressed, they were straight to the point, while being professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, they were in and out in no time. Will definitely use them in the future.
