I really enjoyed my experience with Quality Computers. The location was suggested to me because my personal computer wasn’t reaching the log in screen. When I saw their prices, I was reluctant to do business with them but they were professional and efficient in their work.
The reason I’m giving four instead of five stars is because I wish their queue was explained to me when I dropped off my computer. It took a week for me to get my computer back and their queue was explained to me the day before I received my computer. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed being a customer.

These guys were the best computer experience ever. They built a new computer for us and transferred all of our data from a very old very corrupted computer. All of our data from our business was saved. They patiently put up with all of our phone calls and questions. We were so happy we bought a second one for our business. The price was great and service outstanding.

6-21-24. Mike came and spent one hour connecting my new monitor and keyboard/mouse to my tower, installed my printer (yay!), installed a few apps and showed me how to connect and delete data from my extra hard drives.
He was not only very knowledgeable but very patient(I’m a senior citizen) and nice.
