We had a very positive experience with Quest4 Electronics. The in-store service experience with Nathan to order the TV and the scheduling set up was easy. The day before they called to verify the appointment time and ensure we had the devices that we needed. The technician Eric who came and did the installation and set up was great also. He did an excellent job of fixing our issues and explaining things to older people who were not tech savvy. All the employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this company.

NATHAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS ABILITY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE NEWER TECHNOLOGY THAT I AM SOMEWHAT LOST WITH. HIS TEAM OF TECHS CAME OUT AND DID A AWESOME INSTALL FOR ME, SET UP THE WHOLE SYSTEM AND EVEN WALKED ME THROUGH THE TV SETUPS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND QUEST4 FOR ALL HOME THEATER SETUPS. GOOD JOB GUYS!!
