Update – as of 10/2 over a month later, I still don’t have my tv… they keep saying they have to order parts…the guy at the counter didn’t seem to care his response was..well I just work at the counter…. I asked him to have a the person that knows whats going on to call me and still no call. At this point I have had to buy a new tv to put in my home and I’m looking into seeking legal action to get a full refund.

Original post – Called regarding getting my tv repaired. The person who answered the phone made it seem like an easy process. Mentioned that it was probably either my power cord or a bulb. When I got there the person at the counter acted as if he didn’t want to be bothered, I was charged per a per inch fee before they would even look at my TV to see if it could be fixed and he refused to take the power cord to see if that was part of the issue. I was promised a 2 to 3 day turn around and a week later I still have not heard anything from them.

Waited about 5 months to get my phone screen fixed. Had to come to the location in person only to find out the order for my screen was cancelled. Called back maybe 2 months later to see if my screen had finally arrived, only for the person on the other end to say “yeah it’s here” “no one called you” no no one called me that’s why I’m calling to see if the screen is here. Now my flashlight on my phone and anything other than speaker phone doesn’t work when I get a call. Do not come here. period.

Would give it a 0 if I could. Smelled like pot when I was let in the door. Cust service person was worthless.seemed high Mgr only available by text/phone. Went to pick up my tv as i was texted that it was ready. Wenr to pick it up at 10am and no one was there…left at 10:45. Came the next day. It wasntvready. The mgr. tried to bame me for having the TV for 6 weeks and not being fixed, they never called me about parts delay. One messed up business model. I just want my refund.
