The worst experience ever. I went to see about water damage, got a call back and was asked for 250( I knew it would be pricey because of my phone) but it wasn’t guaranteed for it to be fixed. I went to pick it up, and they tried to give me a cracked screen( I know my screen wasn’t cracked) and they disabled my phone to where it turned on but I had no option but to call 911 or disable my phone. Never again!! Should be ashamed. I should’ve turned around when they had a “deposit” just to look at my phone just for me to say no. Crazy and it takes a second to open up the phone so it’s not like I’m paying them for their time

I walked in not expecting the outcome I had that’s for sure! I had disabled my iPhone that I had promised to give my daughter so I went in to get pricing on getting the iPhone back in working order and the price… Well to my surprise he explained the process and he would do the reset for free and it would be ready in about 2 ,2.5 hours which had he said tomorrow, I’d have still said yes! I actually didn’t get there until the next day and they did exactly what he said and my daughter was a happy girl !!! Thank you sooooo much !!!
