IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE SCREEN THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED GO TO THE APPLE STORE!!!!

The team at quick phone fix did a great, quick job helping me after my screen fell on the sidewalk face down and completely shattered. Unfortunately the screen they gave me was buggy and didn’t work as expected, and so was the one after that. I was very impressed with their team and willingness to keep replacing my screen, but IPHONES RECOGNIZE WHEN A SCREEN ISN’T OFFICIAL. All the hassle and headache could’ve been avoided by just waiting the next day to go to the apple store, where they replace the screen for about the same price. If I had an android and needed my phone repaired this would be the spot I’d go to

Came to replace my broken phone screen 6 days ago. I asked the employees to see the specifications of the new screen 5 times and was ignored. I don’t think the employees even know what resolution means. Dropped my phone 2 feet from the ground with a case on and the screen popped out and completely shattered. 14 day warranty on their receipt and they won’t honor it.

Edit: forgot to mention they told me the cost of repair on the phone was $60. When I got there they told me it’s $70 and then charged me $75 + tax after the repair

I went in to buy a phone case but I did not realize there was in the box. I ask about a cable program he offered was very fair priced & explain everything how to hook it too. He is very knowledgeable about everything he offers. Great place to go if have a problem with cable or Internet or your phone. Very polite & knowledgeable. Great go to person if having problems
