This is a great little store here almost in the center of Pittsfield. Coming from New York there are so many repair stores and it was a big difference having very little phone stores that was dedicated to repairs for all kinds of electronics here in Pittsfield. Ive had a Samsung that I got locked out of since 2016 Tyler was able to get me access into my phone and was very helpful and quick with the process. I also got a iPhone 11pro max screen repair done here which was a smooth process as well, although a screen had to be ordered it was there the following day and my phone was repaired within 45mins of dropping it off. I truly appreciate this store as it also does laptop repairs and they also have a 3D printer that you can get custom stuff made! With all that said all around great service, it was a little on the pricey side but it was well
Worth the money. My phone looks brand new and I definitely will be coming back with my laptop to get it looked at along with any other devices I need fixed! Thank you again Tyler !

I busted my iPad screen a few days before leaving for a week long class where I’d need to use it daily. Tyler immediately put me at ease with a quick response and a clear schedule for getting the replacement installed in time. He does great work at a great price. It’s awesome having his shop in Pittsfield.
