I came in to have my iPhone screen repaired here. They fixed the screen but then I noticed that night that the Face ID no longer worked and the phone would go black with every phone call and the audio no longer worked. When I returned and told them that it was broken they said that it was that way before but they could repair it. I told him that it wasn’t broken before and that they broke it. The owner (who later refused to tell me his name when I asked for it) then said he could repair it for free but he needed an apology. I told him I would not apologize for saying that they broke that part of the phone and he told me to leave and then called the police when I asked him for a copy of the “warranty” you are given.

Therefore, 1 star. Did they fix the broken screen? Yes.
They also broke parts of my phone and refuse to fix it until “I Apologies for claiming they broke part of the phone.” And then refused to fix it.

Do not come here.

This place is outstanding and there is a reason their rating is so high. They began work on my iPhone 7+ repair as soon as I walked in and about 30 min later I was walking out with a new screen and a complimentary screen protector. Update: The staff gets more outstanding every time we use them. My wife had to have her screen replaced and the staff was so courteous to her and got her in and out in less than 30 min. I later had to go get my screen replaced and when I walked I was greeted BY NAME. What outstanding customer service to remember a customer’s name more than 30 days later and to remember that my wife had come in separately earlier. If you need a phone fixed, go here. You will not be disappointed.

I can truthfully say I’d never trust anyone else with my phone. Been coming here for a couple years now and they’re always so welcoming and do the best job in town. Not to mention their work is better than anyone else around. Great customer service and awesome quality work. If you want to ease your mind about your broken screen being fixed properly, I highly recommend giving them a try.

They’re fast and don’t leave you waiting days to get your phone back. Never had a single problem! My friends saw their work and decided to start coming here after I showed them what an awesome job they do. It’s so worth it and honestly love the business!
