Integrity is important, and these guys lack it. I hate being lied to.
Pat the owner is rude and incompetent , had a new battery and screen replaced on my iPhone 13 , only for the battery to be worse then before. Took it to another place and the technician at a told me my phone was missing internal hardware. Obviously no one else but quick fix and pat touched my phone since. They do not take pride in their work. Worse is they insult and you and make you feel stupid, they told me it’s not the battery it’s my apps , so none of it is covered by the warranty. I didn’t even bother to argue anymore they clearly do not stand by their product.

I took my phone to Quik Fix Phone Repair. I was in a hurry as usual. In less than 3 minutes, while I waited, the speaker in my i phone was fixed and I was on my way, without charge!! My cellphone is my livelihood and they understood that. Carl and Nic were very friendly, professional, and they are experts in their field! I am a customer for life! If you need your phone repaired go see Carl and/or Nic!
You guys the best! It’s definitely worth paying extra for the unlimited coverage on tempered glass. It’s so easy just walk in and have it replaced on the spot. Nick was super helpful and was able to get me taken care of minutes before close and totally saved the day. Five stars for customer service
