The good old PC repair guru AL is an absolute life-saver in times of need! He has risen to the occasion for me a dozen times by correcting installation errors, advising on parts, providing parts and building an absolute latest muscle monster gaming computer for me. AL is very ethical professional with decades of technical expertise and experience in computer technology work. A more honest, modest and reasonably priced computer repair person I have never met. quick and reliable service. I took my gaming computer to get the hard drive wiped, SSD wiped, and reset my windows. I was able to get my computer back after a reasonable amount of time and price. The owner of the store was very friendly and informative. He let me know step by step what he did with my computer. If I need more service done in the future I would return to here rather than a bigger store like Geek Squad.
Al is AWESOME and knows his stuff. I took my pc to another place and they ended it up making it worse over the course of two weeks, but Al fixed my problem within a day. If you have ANY problems with your gaming pc, Al is your guy. I couldn’t be happier, and will continue going to him for all my pc related issues!
