I’ve been here twice & my experience was a 5 star both fast service (note: depends on the repair & please don’t unfairly judge a business due to normal business demand factors & circumstances) & professionalism in repairing my battery. They have a great policy that they hold their word to & my phone was back & running in no time. They are trustworthy, & I felt safe both times when entrusting them with my phone to give access. I stress this particularly because my experience at a DIFFERENT repair shop, I had a bad experience where the technician acted unprofessional & kept the phone for longer time & then added comments in my conversation with them that let me know that they were snooping on my phone because of the subsequent prying questions they were asking me after handing back the phone. And well for us girls, it raises alarm for us in the world we live in where women get stalked, followed, keys copied etc… Repair shops can ask you to temporarily remove your passcode for them to test the phone or test analyze it. So, what I’ve learned to do is: I change or erase sensitivite info prior to getting my phone fixed just in case so they can’t see my personal info so be careful especially for the girlies/ladies. Anyway, I reiterate that my experience with both technicians at this location at Rapid Mobile Repair, have always been well, professional, & safe. Never had an issue with mishandling my phone or info. I trust them & that’s why I genuinely recommend them.

Note: I see reviews blaming technicians of failed service repair so my advice to prevent an inconvenience for You the customer & the business, is to have them check it before immediately repairing it. Otherwise you’ll get service for something you might not need. If the issue is with poor charge retention, double check that it’s either your battery or your battery port before asking to replace it. It will save the time & hassle because sometimes it’s not battery but the port that needs replacement. So.. you might end up blaming a business unfairly when something else could have been the issue all along.

Super nice guy behind the desk. My girlfriends phone had completely died, they diagnosed the issue as most likely motherboard damage. On the spot I bought a refurbished iPhone 15 and was gifted a free case for our woes. Not many repair places are open on fatherday, but they were. Super nice, super courteous would definitely recommend taking any electronic here before anywhere else.

I was referred to this location by an Allstate Protection I purchased for my iPhone and I was impressed. They reached out to us immediately when we filed the claim. The location is clean and spacious. The customer service was speedy and professional. Hopefully my phone won’t have any issues but this will definitely be a place I can rely on.
