Did my research online to compare to other repair companies. Appears to be in business a long time repairing iPhones, highest percentage of positive reviews, and replies to/follows up with most postings (even offering to rectify any issues that seemed to arise).
Called and scheduled an appointment for the same day….cracked screen repair. Received a confirmation email within a minute or two.
In and out in 15 minutes total; no need to make a second trip and return to pick up my phone. Paid by credit card.
It’s been almost a week since the repair (waited to review to be sure I had no problem) and it’s like brand new. Would use again and recommend highly to anyone. Nice job!

Called and got my Iphone fixed within an hour at Rapplecell . Spent the afternoon at the apple store and they told me it was water damage and not covered under the warranty. Apple suggested i get a new phone at full retail. Rafael was professional and respectful. I would recommend coming here over other places as the owner is the one who fixes your electronics. Good and quick communications. Quality repair and honest prices. Don’t hesitate if you need a repair or a second opinion before you spend $$$$ somewhere else.

Ignoring my texts and calls all because I told the person fixing my phone to send my money back on Apple Pay I was scheduled for 7pm and got out of work 10 mins late. He told me he had availability at 7 and another at 7:30. When I called and told him I’ll be on my way thst I’m a little late he told me at 7:15 he was closed and I never got my screen fixed. That’s why I felt it was logical for me to ask for my money back until I’m able to fix it again. The next day I called back and texted and my messages got ignored and my calls got forwarded to voicemail. Being petty is bad for business.
