I wouldn’t recommend Dylan. He was paid to fix my son’s iPad with a shattered screen and instead of a repaired screen iPad, Dylan gave me an iPad in pieces( also never refunded me). I also left him with my laptop that had a shattered screen and an iPhone. I still have not received my laptop back. And the iPhone which was a phone 12 pro max 256gb, he sold to one of his other customers without telling me and then tried to give me a different iPhone thinking I wouldn’t notice. He also kept that iPhone he tried to give back to me. He also had been ignoring my calls and I’m about to file a police report on him for theft. Since again I haven’t received my laptop or my iPhone back.

But this is the truth about Dylan’s actions and my personal experience with his business and service. I have not received my devices, he sold a device without my permission and tried to cover it with giving me someone else’s device, and returned my son’s iPad in pieces. Top it off he was paid. And I have not received a refund nor my other devices besides my sons iPad which is in worst shape than before it was left with Dylan.

There are other phone repair shops I have brought my broken phones to, almost every time I’d have to bring my phone back for something other repair shops messed up. I believe no one does a better job than RC Computer and Phone Repair and at a fraction of the cost of other phone repairers. I highly recommend Dylan to my friends and family for pretty much any kind of technology service. Thank you for providing this service and being so awesome! Needed my sons iPad Air fixed for school so started researching around, heard nothing but good things about this repair shop so decided to try it for myself & it was all true. He’s has very good customer service & very accommodating with your schedule. And his prices are definitely cheaper than the other places. Will definitely go to him again for any other phone or iPad repairs.
