I am not sure how he got so many reviews but this is my second experience with this guy.

A few years ago I took my computer to Real Tech Media, and I had a bad experience. Again I had to take my other computer to see an error it was giving. The first time I didn’t write a review, but now I wanted to make sure we don’t get bit by the same dog again.

So I sent my son to call a computer repairman and unknowingly he called the same company I had a bad experience with, Frank seems to be a good person but unfortunately lacking experience.
Frank told him it would be $50 for the diagnosis, which I agreed, I didn’t know it was the same company/person, the same day Frank told my son that he thought it was the motherboard, then the next day, he called him and he said you can come pick it up, and he told him that he think is the motherboard without doing any diagnostic at all, he didn’t take the time to remove any of the parts, I told my son to make marks to make sure he really do his work and indeed everything was in the same place. So basically Frank stole $50 from us just by assuming/ thinking that it was the motherboard, he doesn’t really know what the problem is, he just assumes that it is the motherboard, if you have computer knowledge you will be able to realize when you talk to him in person that his knowledge of computers are equal to or worse than yours.

In fact, the real name of this company should be FAKE TECH MEDA.

I can say without a doubt that Frank is not only the best, most honest computer technician in all of Miami, he knows what he is doing. I’m fairly good with computer and have built a couple myself. But this time I spent over 18 hours over two days trying to figure out why my PC wouldn’t post. Took it to Frank and in less than an hour he figured out it was the motherboard. I had my PC running a couple hours after that. Frank gets the job done without a doubt. If anyone reading this ever has computer problems take it to Frank, he will figure it out.

Called Mr. Frank last night & he was very helpful. I suck at explaining things but he sounded like he knew what I was trying to say over the phone. Decided to take my pc to his office this morning & I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to game tonight but he finished just in time so I can enjoy the rest of my day off! He was able to tweak some stuff on my pc so it doesn’t blow up :,D , I just turned it on & opened overwatch & my pc fans are very quiet. Thanks for helping me out ! Woo! 5/5!
