I am so pleased with the service I receive at this establishment every time I am there! The tech guys really know their craft and work diligently to fix whatever your issue is. I just had them get all my information, passwords, pictures, videos, and documents off of one computer and put them into another computer that I just purchased from them. I will continue doing business with them and recommend them to anyone with technological needs. Ben is one of the best people to work with along with all of his staff that I have encountered!

I went to Really Cheep Geeks in Parkersburg, WVA for an urgent Mac repair. Previously I had gone to Apple. It was going to be $68, at least, for Apple to fix it, AND they said they would call me in 3 to 5 Buisness days once they got the part in. I told this to Ben and he could have charged me twice the $68 and I would have been very happy. He called me within two hours and said “It’s done” and……it’s $41. This is the only place I will ever use again. Pat Capriglione

My dad passed away 2 years ago an l was left with his laptop that I was unable to sign into to retrieve any of our family photos but cheap geeks managed to recover everything for me.
It was definitely an emotional moment for me.
The people that work there were so very nice and kind.
I highly suggest going to them for almost anything tec wise.
I can’t express how greatful I am.
