I needed a new battery for my iPhone 12. A lot of Google sites and people say it can’t or is really hard to change and it might wipe your phone out. I took it to Redding Smart Repair. I told them what I had heard and was assured it would be no problem. Gave them my phone and waited about a half hour and boom it was done. It works great again. No problems with it at all. So if you want your iPhone 12 battery changed for about a C note take it to Redding Smart Repair. Better than paying $1200+ for a new phone when you don’t need one. I remember my cell had a “hick-up”. I was offered “no solutions” from other shops, including my Carrier. I am 78 and not very digitally versed. The Repair shop happened to be two stores down,
and fixed it while I waited. The were so thorough and competent.
And I was treated w/respect. U don’t get that often. Since then
I’ve taken notebooks, tablets and cells to them for restore and cleaning, files. I did call ahead and had to leave mine for a few days. Thanks fellas.

Been there a couple of times. First one was for a battery replacement on a Samsung phone. Everything went smooth and just as promised. The second time was a little more involved and the person I dealt with there was extremely knowledgeable. We worked on it together for quite a while before finally coming to the realization it was the carrier’s problem. No charge for the time and effort. Have referred several others for service.
