Completely unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful. I came here 2 weeks ago to get my LCD replaced. They fix it but after every 20 min the screen turns off by self. I came back with my receipt as part of my Warranty wit them to fix the situation. They wanted nothing to do wit the iPad & stated it wasn’t there issue since the iPad an Apple product. The iPad has never turn off by itself until I brought it to them. For them to be completely rude & not want to help it’s completely unprofessional
I dropped my phone in water on my anniversary weekend and I couldn’t get to any repair place until the following Monday which sucked…I happen to work in Pembroke Lakes mall and I took my phone to Mohammad and he fixed my phone in a few hours. Like new. I thought I was gonna have to get a new phone but he hooked it up!
Alexis was great at at booth located in front of Victoria’s Secret. He recommended a few cases and sold me in less than 3 minutes. Chill guy and a lot of phone and iPad tablet options. The other location in front of Navi’s was also quick and effective in helping me find the right location for my needs.
