Will try to keep it brief but this store saved me tremendously: Phone fell in a pool while in vacation, I took it to Apple locally when I got back and they agreed the phone was on and most likely working (haptic feedback was on but no screen) but also said the lightning port was broken as they got no reading from it. I took it the next hour to repair sharks and within 2 minutes, the lightning port was working. The solution: clean dirt and buildup from the port….. I bought a new phone already and was hoping to get all my data transferred from the broken phone to the new one (over 10k+ pictures potentially were gone if the data wasn’t going to be recovered) the guys at the store worked with me and made sure we would find the most optimal solution. They went above and beyond making sure the data would transfer and everything was taken care of, even staying after store hours with me. I am very grateful to the guys here as they got me back countless photos of precious memories that would’ve been lost otherwise. Apple couldn’t help and referee me to a data saving company that would have costed a few THOUSAND DOLLARS. Instead i got it done for an exceptional price here, laughably cheap compared to what others would’ve charged. These are honest and knowledgeable men. I definitely know where I will be going with future electronics problems and where I will be referring people.

Josh and Jay saved the day. Long story long. I have an iPod. Classic. 6th generation. I bought it nearly fifteen years ago. I had all my classic rock on this classic iPod. Suddenly, without warning, the screen or display was unreadable. I called Apple: no luck whatsoever as Apple products, per Apple Help, are obsolete after five years. I live in Georgia and Googled iPod repair. Not knowing anything about Repair Sharks, I called their number. Josh and Jay told me how to get my iPod to them. They gave a price. I mailed the iPod and a check. Within one week, the iPod was back in Georgia and blasting Rod Stewart’s “Maggie Mae” as if I was listening to it for the first time on WLS-Chicago. These guys called me when my iPod arrived, called to tell me they had it fixed, and then called to tell me when they had placed it in the mail. I cannot say how pleased I was with their work and their customer service. These guys are truly great. They treated my iPod like the classic it is. I could not be any happier.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. I like to tell you about my
experience with repair shark in Williston Park. They are
thieves, they will break your phone and say a part is on
back order, never to fix it. They also put low quality
parts in your phone that burn out in 3 months. I went to
repair shark for a crack screen , they fixed the screen
and broke my front camera, also 2 months after they
fixed the screen my phone started going in and out of
service due to a low quality screen , they replaced the
screen and 2 months later the phone has lost reception
again. They are now refusing to fix it and even going
has low to say I broke my front camera before I
originally went there and everything I am saying is a lie.
I truly hope karma comes around and puts him out of
business
