The business I work at had an issue where our very old PC died and we desperately needed information from the hard drive. Took it to 3 different places and no one was able to do anything about it, and one of them said “we haven’t seen something like this before.” Peter within 2 hours was able to get all of the information we needed off of our old PC which he was also able to get turned back on, move it onto a new PC we had bought, and made backup copies of the information. Literally would give 20 stars if possible.
Peter was able to fix a usb port on our baby monitor the same day I dropped it off! He explained different options of what may be wrong with it and potential price points given the different fixes. I appreciated his transparency, efficiency, and expertise and will definitely use this business again!
I had a laptop that I really needed repaired for work and Peter was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the speed of service and the overall price. I will absolutely use him again in the future for any computer repair needs.
