My experience with this company was terrible, they sent out a technician to replace my macbook pro battery and the technician had no macbook pro experience. Something that should have taken 30 minutes took 4 hours where the technician proceeded to damage my work compute. Now the computer ‘s keyboard doesn’t, battery doesn’t work at all, screws were stripped, computer runs sluggish all for a battery replacement. The following day they sent out a second technician who couldn’t do any work because of the damage caused by the first technician. The owner proceeded to say they would have to investigate as to what happened and I might have to pay for parts. I am an art director for a large charter school and now I have no work computer. I will never do work with this company again.
