After realizing that some of my crucial folders were lost on my thumb drive and getting advice from a good friend, I decided to go to Restore Computer Repair to see what they could do. I had the pleasure of being served by Sam back on January 13th. Due to strong winds that day, I didn’t have many customers to contend with, as Sam saw me fairly quickly. When I say that Sam saved my business life, I meant it. He was able to retrieve and restore all that I thought was lost forever. Sam was great. Lastly, the cost for this restoration was fair. I now have a backup system, in the event that this occurs again, and I can peacefully continue in my work. Excellent communication throughout the entire process and the cleaned up the laptop to make it look brand new again, which I’m sure was quite an undertaking.
