Let me first say this… Whatever was wrong with my television was fixed. However, what I was told the problem was and what I was charged for the repair was. I was told that my led strips went bad and needed to be replaced. I paid for the service and kindly asked for the parts that were taken out of my television. I was given some led strips that had been remove from a television but they were not removed from mine. I looked up the model television I have and did some research about the parts they did not match and then I did most obvious thing and attempted to match them to the size of my television needless to say they didn’t match… I went back and asked the owner again what he had done and he was adamant that he replaced the led boards. I showed him that the boards he had given me were not from my TV. I then went on to explain exactly how I knew and his response was “what happened you need money?” I told him no, I need the parts you took out of my TV. I explained I don’t have a problem with paying for a service, my problem is that I don’t feel like I should be lied to as a consumer and to have to pay for a service that was not rendered. Subsequently, he still insisted that he provided the service he charged me for but odly gave me back a substantial portion of what I paid, back. I told him if you find the parts that you took out of my TV, give me a call and I will return this money. I have yet to get a call back… Moral of the story is, if you have no knowledge of something it is very easy to be taken advantage of. You’re paying for a service, you have the right to know exactly what you’re paying for and you’re entitled to any parts taken out of your merchandise. Same rules apply when you’re going to a mechanic.

My 13 year old flat screen TV will see many more years! It’s not easy to find a place that still fixes TVs,. I was very lucky to find George’s establishment. I called him before hand to make sure my issue can be fixed. Brough it in the next day, and it was fixed the same day. He helped me load it in the back of Lyft, and so far so good! TV works great! The shop is tiny full of TVs, and George was really great!

PS As i was leaving he was handing back a 1980s boombox to one of his customers! I haven’t seen one of those in YEARS! Works like it was 1980s and brand new!

I recently had to have a television repaired and was told about George’s tv repairs. I took my tv there and found the owner to be very considerate and knowledgeable. He fixed my tv and six months later it is still working fine. He guaranteed his work and I was and still am very happy that I went there to have the service done. I have been there twice since to buy a Bluetooth speaker as well as a sound bar. The items work very well and I would recommend this repair shop to others. The prices are reasonable and the work is professional. Kudos to this shop and the owner.
