Had my S23 ultra screen repaired. Everyone I called was starting at 399.99 R&H was at 275. You get what you pay for. The screen display is not the same. it does not go edge to edge like factory. I was told it was the cheaper screen the one like factory would have been more. I wish that was communicated before they fixed it. They were willing to switch everything back over to my damaged screen and I would have done that if the tornado sirens didn’t go off on my way back to pick it up, I didn’t want to wait another hour with bad weather coming. I get home and notice that something is loose in the phone. My guess is the battery didn’t get adhesive on it to keep it from rattling.

Great experience – honestly recommends what your phone needs. I thought I needed a new battery but he was honest and said it needed a cleaning which saved me $$! It then turned out it was a charger port issue, so he didn’t charge me the price of that cleaning (I got a screen too). He recommend different charging ports and left the decision to fix it (or wirelessly charge) totally up to me. Felt comfortable and guided in my decisions.
