Been shopping here for almost 7 years now always been helped with anything I need and been informed on the latest parts, I’ve bought 3 pc’s from them overall and the man who’s sold it all to me hope I’m spelling this right but Aisac is one of the best employees there and always knows how to help, and sold me the first computer I ever bought from there, I’m always happy whenever I walk in and he’s there he’s not just a great employee he’s also a great guy overall, I’m glad I can trust him like a friend. Can’t wait to see the changes of the store after renovations are done.
As I was having trouble with my keyboard working, the staff did their best to find me a replacement, but due to it being fairly new, they were unable to find anything. They could have just turned me away there, but they were problem solvers. At that point, one of them suggested that we clean the keys out with high concentrate alcohol. That ended up working, and I am so thankful for their kind help and their willingness to problem solve. Thanks Ribbit!
Had outstanding service from Brian and Del at Ribbit! My camera display broke and unfortunately the manufacturer did not want to honor my warranty. I was ready to toss it until I found out that these guys were able to fix it! These guys had it done the SAME DAY!!! These guys totally made my day and were very professional, had very honest and reasonable pricing as well. Will definitely be going back, highly recommend!!
