Wally is definitely a great go-to for your computer repair service. I like that he offers a free diagnostic because I originally thought the issue with my Lenovo laptop was something else. He called me back later the same day to give me an update, an estimate for the parts and a timeframe on the multitude of things that needed to get done. I know he put hours into fixing it and when I got it back everything worked as it should and the price was more than reasonable. Geek Squad told me my laptop was unrepairable (it was a battery issue at the time) and tried selling me a new one. I trust Wally’s input and happy to go to him in the future!

My almost 10-year old lap top with Windows 10 had gotten into an automatic repair loop where the thing wouldn’t open. There was also a list of things it did that were just annoying. Based on reviews I took it into Wally who made his best guesses and gave me a reasonable estimate. He works fast, and would have had it done the same day except he called with an option to partition the hard drive that would be more thorough and take a while longer, so I picked it up the next day. Its been weeks now and the desktop is working as well as when it arrived in the box.
