I’m not sure if I got his name, as I’m terrible with remembering names, but the guy I dealt with in the store today was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of hassle. I’m going through an RMA process for an RTX 4090 and could not locate my anti static bag to send it in for repair. He doesn’t sell anti static bags but he gave me one and other packing materials, including bubble wrap and packing tape. I tried to pay him but he wouldn’t even take any money for it when the post office charges you money for all of this stuff! And if you can locate an anti static bag you’ll usually have to buy a pack of about 100 of them, which is not cheap. I enjoyed the interaction and conversation we had. If you build your own PCs then you already know what you need to do when you have an issue, but if you buy a factory built PC from a store and need assistance or repairs, I would give them try! The man seems super cool and easy to work with. Thank you for all of your help!

Cannot recommend this place enough! I left my computer here on a Friday, and Greg, the man who specializes in screen repair wasn’t in that day so they told me they’d call on Monday with a quote. They called me on Monday as promised, gave me a quote, and got right to work as soon as I gave them the go-ahead. The laptop was done in two weeks, and the screen looked brand new. I appreciated how trustworthy they were and that they honored their word. And my laptop is good as new!

I would recommend this store to everybody who has problems with their computers or phones or whatever. The gentleman was so incredibly nice and helpful. Actually showed me away to try something that I could do myself before leaving it there for them to do and when that didn’t work I took it back and he kept it overnight not even 24 hours and had it fixed and only charged $49 which was dirt cheap for the amount of hours I knew he had to spend on there. Awesome place
