Erick literally saved my computer and I am so thankful for his expertise. The shop was chaotic every time I walked it. This is a one man show with another employee helping with the front desk, so anticipate a potential wait when you are dropping off and picking up. My computer was fixed in 48 hours and the price was incredibly reasonable. I will be back for any future computer issues!
Salem Geeks saved the day! Took my laptop into another computer store in Lake Oswego and had a horrible experience. A friend reccommend Salem Geeks. Wow! He fixed the problem that the other guy said he couldnt fix and did so at a very reasonable cost. Nice folks, friendly, professional. I will definitely make the drive again from LO to Salem if I need their services again.
Brought my laptop in to get the ssd cloned to a bigger one after having trouble doing it myself and Erick had it done within maybe an hour tops. Friendly and also informative the entire time, didn’t try to upsell anything at all which personally is always a nice bonus. Definitely will be coming to him for help when I start building a PC
