went into the store regarding my phone bill, was told i didnt have a number that was on their system so he offered to give me a new sim and plan. i asked for a $35 plan after he explained the deals with me and he did not explain any further details regarding plan. i called simple mobile regarding my slow service and was told i only have a $25 plan. when i contacted the store the representative told me he did not know what to tell me about the problem and couldnt do anything to help me. i asked to speak with a manager because it was very unprofessional since i spent $50 and he tried lying saying he was the boss and rudely hung the phone up on me. i called again asking for manager and he continued hanging the phone up. VERY RUDE NEVER WILL I RETURN FOR ANYTHING. STORE NEEDS A NEW EMPLOYEE OR NEW MANAGEMENT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. –

This guy is a lifesaver! My lithium ion battery blew up in the store and I lost everything on my old phone. For some reason none of my contacts had been backed up to Google and when I got a new phone there were NO CONTACTS! It felt like I was never ever alive. Everyone I had spoken to in the past 15 years I had no trace of!

He didn’t stop trying until we exhausted every solution and we eventually tried Samsung Cloud which thank God worked. I don’t know what I would have done but I will forever be grateful! You’re the best!

I went here a few months ago, I asked if they unlock phones and one of the staff assure me me that they do. After I went and dropped my phone off for a WEEK, they told me they was not able to unlock it……
That’s not the crazy part. The crazy part is that now my phone doesn’t even turn on….
I did hear about people switching batteries to phones, so idk.. this place is suspect.
