I brought my laptop in to get a new charging port. The price was reasonable according to what I found online for similar services, but that’s where the positives end. I’m not one for writing bad reviews but I don’t want someone else to have the same experience I did.

Although my laptop now charges (woohoo!), they somehow lost the screws holding the back panel on, replacing them with mismatching ones. They also didn’t put the panel back on correctly (which I was able to unscrew and fix thankfully) and managed to bend/dent the corner so the panel no longer fits correctly. See pictures

More minor but worth mentioning because of the other issues-
I had to call several times about the status of my repair after being told I would hear back in a hour or two. I was aware the “same day” policy would not apply since they would most likely have to special order the parts, but I was left playing phone tag about both the initial assessment and regarding when it was ready for pickup.

I brought my high-end gaming PC with issues after trying to install my GPU and PSU which resulted in a Blue Screen of death. I was concerned that with it being high end repairs would be difficult. Katie was fantastic in answering any questions I had about the process. Prices were fair, and reasonable especially considering the hours of debugging that had to be gone through. I highly recommend them and will be going back when I need to do computer upgrades or repairs I don’t feel comfortable doing.

Can’t say enough about these guys. Last summer panic when PC died…new power supply installed in one day.
Early Feb 2024, PC bootup problems…they dove into it…..connection issues with memory…old PC…They cleaned it and worked great.
Decided to get new PC…they custom built, beat Dell prices. They installed my SW and transferred all my data. After I got home they helped debug connection to my printer.
Will go nowhere else.
